What your R50 gets you
Buy these separately — a pet passport app, a symptom checker, a lost-pet service, breed and feeding guides — and they add up to well over R1,000 a month. As a member, they’re all included, and the subscription pays for itself with a single use.

Questions
A private, subscription-based community for South African pet owners. It combines a likes-only photo feed with no comment section, a breed-aware care coach that sends reminders based on your pet's age and breed, and health tracking that turns vague impressions into a record you can hand your vet.
R50 per month. There is no joining fee, no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You can cancel at any time from inside the app.
The private feed, the care coach with its reminder schedule, the health and bio-marker tracking tools, your pet's memory book, and entry into the monthly Pet of the Month draw. It is one price for everything — there are no upgrades or add-ons.
No, they are separate. The R500 flat fee covers cremation coordination — finding the crematorium, booking the collection, and the paw print fur keychainng and paw print keepsake presented on the day. The R50 monthly membership is the community and care toolkit. You do not need one to use the other.
Not at all. Most of what the community is for happens long before the end — tracking a healthy pet's baseline, catching changes early, and celebrating them while they are here. The end-of-life support is there if and when you need it.
Two things. There is no comment section, so nobody can tell you what you should have done — members can only like. And the care coach and health tracking are built in, so your pet's records live with the community rather than in a separate app or a shoebox of paper.
Payments are processed by Paystack, which handles South African cards and is PCI-compliant. Ease The Paw never sees or stores your card details.
You can export it before you cancel, and your data is yours. We will never sell member data or show you advertising — the R50 is what pays for the platform, which is exactly why there are no ads.
The care coach, tracking tools and feed work anywhere. The end-of-life coordination service is South Africa only, because it depends on our local vet and crematorium partners.
