Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your purchase from easethepaw.com, operated by Ease The Paw (Pty) Ltd, registration 2026/538377/07 ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. What we sell

One product: a PU leather paw print keychain, heat-pressed by hand with wording you supply, in one of ten colours. It is a decorative keepsake. It is not a cast or impression of your pet's actual paw.

2. What we are not

We are not a veterinary practice, a crematorium, or a cremation coordination service, and we do not provide veterinary, medical or grief-counselling advice. The guides published on this site are general information only and are not a substitute for professional advice.

3. Orders and personalisation

We press exactly the characters you type, up to 18. Please check your spelling before you pay — we cannot correct a spelling error after pressing, because the item is made to your specification. If we make the mistake, we replace it free.

Stock is limited. If the colour you chose sells out before we press yours, we will contact you to choose another colour or take a full refund.

4. Prices and payment

R299 for one keychain plus R73 delivery, or R449 for two with delivery included. All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through Paystack. We do not receive or store your card details.

5. Delivery

We press within two working days of payment clearing and send by Pudo locker-to-door within South Africa. Delivery is typically 2–5 working days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees; courier delays are outside our control. We deliver within South Africa only.

6. Returns, refunds and your rights

Because each keychain is personalised to your specification, it is exempt from the general cooling-off right under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. That exemption does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, tell us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery. If it never arrives, we replace or refund it.

We may decline wording that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes someone else's trade mark or copyright, and will refund you in full if we do.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version published when you order is the version that applies to your order. These terms are governed by South African law.
