Delivery and Returns
The short version, without the legal language.
What delivery costs
- One keychain: R73, Pudo locker-to-door, anywhere in South Africa.
- Two keychains: delivery is free.
We deliver within South Africa only.
How long it takes
We press your keychain within two working days of your payment clearing. After that it is usually 2–4 working days to the major centres and up to 5 further out. You get a tracking number by SMS when it leaves us.
If it has been more than 10 working days since dispatch, contact us and we will chase it or send a replacement.
If something is wrong
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will sort it out. We replace or refund in full, including delivery, if:
- It arrives damaged or faulty.
- The wording is not what you typed at checkout.
- The colour is not the one you selected.
- It never arrives.
If you change your mind
Each keychain is pressed with your words after you order, so it cannot be resold. That means personalised orders are not returnable for a change of mind — the same rule that applies to any custom-made item. Please double-check the spelling before you pay.
If you have not yet been sent a tracking number, message us and we will cancel and refund you in full, no questions.
Spelling
We press exactly the characters you type. We do not correct capitals, spacing or spelling, because sometimes the odd version is the one you meant.
