Where it goes
Card, Instant EFT or SnapScan through Paystack. We never see your card details. Because each one is pressed with your words it can't be returned unless it arrives faulty or wrong — delivery & returns.
If something goes wrong: reply to your Paystack receipt and a real person answers within one working day. Spotted a typo in the wording? Tell us the same day and we fix it before pressing.
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. The paw is the shape of the keychain, not a cast of theirs. What is genuinely theirs is the fur you put inside it. If you also want a cast of their real print, ask your vet for an ink or clay one — most will do it.
Press the metal stud and the paw comes away from the strap. Lay a small lock of fur flat behind the cut-outs, clip it shut. It takes about ten seconds. Cut the fur from the chest or the neck, where it is thickest and least missed.
