Privacy Policy

Ease The Paw (Pty) Ltd, registration 2026/538377/07, sells one product: a personalised paw print keychain. This policy explains what we collect and why, under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

Only what is needed to press your keychain and post it to you:

• Your name, email address and mobile number.
• Your delivery address.
• The words you ask us to press onto the keychain, and the colour you chose.

We never see or store your card details. Payments are processed entirely by Paystack, a licensed payment provider. Your card information goes to them, not to us.

Where it is stored

Your order details sit in our Paystack merchant account. We keep no separate customer database, run no accounts system, and use no advertising or tracking cookies. The site does not profile you.

How we use it

To make and deliver your order, to send you tracking, and to reply if you contact us. We hand your name, number and address to our courier because they cannot deliver without it. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for five years because South African tax law requires it. Nothing else is retained.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email us and we will action it within 30 days, free of charge.

Children

This is not a service for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us first. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforeg@justice.gov.za.
