For veterinarians
Families come to us when a pet is dying. We handle the calls, the scheduling, the crematorium and the aftercare — then refer the clinical work to a vet in their area. That could be you. And if referrals aren’t your thing, you can simply hand our fur keepsakes to grieving families instead.
Your fees stay yours
You set them, the family pays you directly, we never mark them up and never quote on your behalf.
Plus 10% of our coordination fee
R95 per completed case, paid monthly by EFT. A further 10% of every fee goes to the SPCA. Prefer to partner without the share? That is completely fine.
No cost, no contract, no exclusivity
Nothing to sign, nothing to pay, no listing fee. Decline any case with one message. Leave with one message and we remove you from routing that day.
The clinical relationship is yours
You work under your own judgement, your own SAVC registration and your own indemnity cover. We give no clinical advice and never override yours.
We are honest about volume
We are new. In your first month it may be nothing. Ask us on the call and we will tell you the real number for your suburb, including if it is zero.
Not every practice does home visits or wants referrals — and that’s fine. There’s a lighter way to partner that still helps your grieving clients.
Full partner
We send you local in-home euthanasia cases, handle all the admin, and pay you 10% of our coordination fee on top of your own fee. Best for mobile vets who do home visits.
Keepsake partner
No referrals, no home visits needed. When you put an animal to sleep, give the family one of our fur-keepsake keyrings and a card — a free keepsake, and an invitation to our community. A kindness that costs you nothing.
