Two situations bring people here. Either the day is coming and you need a vet to come to your home — or your pet has passed away and you need a cremation arranged. We handle both.

Situation one
You have decided, or you are close to deciding. We find and book an SAVC-registered vet to come to your home, at a time you choose, so the goodbye happens on their own bed instead of a clinic table. Sedation first, unhurried, with whoever you want in the room.

Situation two
Nothing has to happen this minute. Wrap them in their own blanket and put them somewhere cool — a garage, a tiled floor. That is fine for the night. Then message us and we take over from there.
There is no vet visit to arrange here, so we charge a reduced coordination fee for these cases. We will tell you the number before anything happens.

We send you one quote
The full total in writing — the vet, the cremation, our fee — and a time. No call-arounds, no surprises on the day.

One secure payment through Paystack. We settle the vet and the crematorium so you never handle money in the room.
We handle everything else
The vet arrives, or the collection happens. The cremation is confirmed individually. Their ashes come home to you with their name on the box.
Transparent pricing
Nobody wants to ask this, and everybody needs to know. Put in a rough weight and we’ll show you the realistic South African range — before you have to phone anyone.
We charge a flat R950 to coordinate everything. 10% goes to the partnered vet and 10% is donated to the SPCA. We take nothing from the crematorium — so we have no reason to steer you toward a pricier option.
Coordination & keepsakes
R950
You pay the veterinarian directly for the medical procedure. Our R950 coordination fee is paid securely to Ease The Paw when you book, and covers coordination, your keepsake memorial — a fur keepsake keyring presented in our keepsake envelope — and support throughout. If we can’t arrange a vet in your area, it’s refunded in full.

Posted to your door when you join: ink pads and card stock, clay discs, fur envelopes with ribbon, 10 fur-keepsake keychains, and a branded presentation folder. Refills free, forever.
Your partner share
We pay you 10% of our coordination fee for every completed case — and donate a further 10% to the SPCA — by EFT or transfer, monthly, with a simple statement. Pre-prepared, supported families. No marketing cost, no admin, no awkward money conversations.

No. We coordinate trusted local veterinarians who perform the euthanasia. All medical decisions remain between you and your veterinarian.
Two things, really. The joyful half: a private, likes-only feed to celebrate your pet, Pet of the Month and the Hall of Fame. And the practical half: bio-marker tracking (weight, resting breathing rate, food and water) that flags a worrying trend early, daily reminders to feed, water, walk, play and medicate, a good day / hard day log, and the Comfort Companion at any hour. You can cancel anytime.
On purpose. Posts can be liked but not commented on, which keeps the space free from arguments and insensitive replies — only warmth and appreciation.
Your fur keepsake keyring is placed in your hands at the visit itself. If you choose the premium framed paw-print canvas, we arrange the capture with the vet and deliver it to your door, usually within about a week.

Not at all. Cremation coordination is entirely optional — we're happy to help only with the vet visit and keepsakes if that's what you'd prefer.
